Metasoft Systems Inc. is seeking hunters to join their high-volume inside sales team as Senior Sales Executives.
In this role, you will be selling Metasoft’s SaaS fundraising software, FoundationSearch, to non-profit organizations and charities in North America. The software helps non-profits find new, reliable sources of funds by simplifying the donor identification process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative needs assessments and solution-based online presentations
- Manage decision processes with Executive Directors and Boards of Directors
- Close sales by leveraging your consultative sales approach, objection handling skills, and closing techniques
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a successful sales closer in a B2B consultative sales environment
- Strong organizational skills to handle complex sales involving multiple influencers
- Clear, empathic, ethical, and effective communicator
- Problem solver who genuinely wants to help non-profits solve their fundraising challenges
- Passion for making a difference and preference for candidates with past volunteering experience
